Mr. Lalith Kumar Reddy completed his graduation from Bausch & Lomb school of optometry in the year 2018. He worked with SRUJANA INNOVATION CENTER, LVPEI in developing various devices mainly for infants. He is currently working for Johnson & Johnson Vision as a Regional Training Specialist. With his impeccable sense of maturity and constructive thinking, leadership comes to him naturally. His ever-smiling face and pleasant nature never fail to attract people and groups. He is also known for his team-building skills. Apart from all this, lalith enjoys playing badminton, loves trekking and exploring new places and cultures.
